Annual Boiler Check & Basic Service

Best for: Staying safe, compliant, and keeping costs low.

⚠️ Note: Full strip-down not included. Any parts needed during the service (e.g. seals, electrodes, filters) are quoted and billed separately.

  • ✅ Priority response within 48 hours
  • ✅ Annual system health check (radiators, TRVs, pressure, controls, visible pipework)
  • ✅ 20% discount on labour for breakdowns and repairs

Best for: Homeowners who want a thorough service and responsive support.

⚠️ Note: Parts are not included during servicing or breakdowns and will be quoted separately.

  • ✅ 1x emergency call-out per year (labour included)
  • ✅ Unlimited free labour on all repairs (parts charged separately)
  • ✅ Same/next-day priority scheduling
  • ✅ 10% off additional works (e.g. power flushes, smart controls, bathrooms)

Best for: Busy families wanting full cover and priority care

⚠️ Note: Labour is covered, parts are not. Emergency call-out is limited to one per year. Fair use policy applies (max 2 non-emergency call-outs/year).

Care Plan Terms: All care plans are subject to a minimum 12-month contract. Prices quoted include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, parts are not included in any plan. Landlord plans include one annual CP12 gas safety certificate for a single appliance. A fair use policy applies, allowing up to two non-urgent callouts per year; Gold plans additionally include one emergency visit annually. All Direct Debit payments are processed securely via Stripe.
